State Grid Invested 1 Billion to Build The "Energy City in China" of Yibin

In Year 2011, Yibin Grid completed an investment of 366 million yuan to build the 220 kV North Jing Dam substation main transformer, 110 kV Yang Chun Dam power transmission project, the new main transformer capacity of 250,000 kVA, the new 35 kV and the line above 20 km, which ensures the grid increasingly strong.

Yibin City, Sichuan Province Electric Power Company formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the provincial grid would invest 9.543 billion yuan, to build the strategic platform of West-East electricity transmission project of Yibin, accelerating to build Yibin the "Chinese Energy City."
