In order to promote the construction of the monitoring system, the National Energy Bureau plans to relate the company information upload with the wind power projects approval. The system promotes the industry transparency and orderly development, meanwhile it makes the enterprises facing greater competitive pressures: the quality of the product performance can not be covered, the survival of the fittest of enterprises will be accelerated.
At present, China's wind power projects are approved by the National Energy Bureau and provincial Development and Reform Commission. According to the "Interim Measures for the Administration of wind power development and construction" issued in August last year, the provincial approved wind farm projects should be in accordance with the wind farm construction plan and annual development plan reported to the National Energy Board for the record.
Deputy Director of China National Energy Bureau New Energy and Renewable Energy Department, Shi Lishan, said that the time came to take control of the performance, quality, accidents and other indicators of the industrial development, or the wind power industry will be swinging with confusion for a long time, and it will be hard to improve the quality.
