According to Risen Energy, the substantial decline in the company's overall photovoltaic performance in year 2011 was mainly due to the European debt crisis, the global photovoltaic industry capacity factors of the surplus and the U.S. PV counter-investigation during the reporting period, which resulted in the decline in the company's PV sales price.
