Anhui CPPCC to Prevent Nuclear Power in Jiangxi Pengze in the "Two Sessions"

Following Wangjiang County Government, many Anhui CPPCC members are taking actions to request proposals to stop Jiangxi pengze nuclear power project.

The proposal took four points including the ecological impact, security, economic and social development, local people's willing to discuss the need to stop building nuclear power project in Penze.

Yesterday afternoon, Wang Ya-Lin, one of the seconder of the proposal and the CPPCC member of Anhui Province, said that the proposal could not be solved at the provincial level. It only can be resolved at the national level, so the proposal was not formally opened.

However, Wang Ya-Lin also revealed that after studying the proposal, the Anhui Province proposal Commission paid more attention to the proposal, so the issues of Pengze nuclear power will be recommended in the national "two sessions" of Anhui CPPCC National Committee to be held in March this year. "I hope this problem could be solved at the national level."
