All of The Wind Power Distributed Generation Units of China Require Technical Transformation

It is said that according to the "12th five-year" blueprint in which wind power installed capacity reaches 100 million kilowatts, including 23 million kilowatts of installed capacity of distributed wind power share. Recently, the National Energy Bureau issued "the special distributed access wind power project development and construction guidance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinion") to promote and regulate the distributed wind power projects development.

Up to now, http://www.newenergylive.comdistributed wind power planning of the key development areas of the provinces still lags behind including the Henan, Anhui, Shanxi, Guizhou, etc. What's worse, the distributed wind power projects suffered from the grid proposed to adapt to the safe and stable operation of the grid and network technical requirements before they are fully started to build. The experts say that regarding power generation projects of only 50,000 kilowatts, these technical requirements will substantially increase the operating costs, which thus will have a direct impact on corporate earnings expectations.
