Titan Wind Energy Proposed 420 Million Yuan in Its Own Wind Farm Construction Project

Titan wind energy announced on the evening of 27 February that it intended to invest a total of 420 million yuan in the construction of the 150MW the Chagan Haote wind farm project in Bai City, Jilin Province, jointly its wholly owned subsidiary - Beijing Tianshun

The joint venture is to be named Baicheng Titan wind energy Development Co., Ltd., with registered capital of 100 million yuan, of which the Titan wind energy invested 65 million yuan, accounting for 65% of the total registered capital, Beijing Titan invested 35 million yuan. The first phase of the project scale is 49.5MW.
